I feel like buying or selling a home is TRULY the most important financial decision someone is faced with. I feel like it is so critical to find a GOOD AGENT who has experience not just in finding someone the home they want (that is fun and exciting), but truly making the home a good investment.
Often times I see people make emotional or uneducated decisions when buying real estate. My goal when I work with someone is to find them exactly the home they want, but buy right so that they can sell that home and come out ahead if they needed to.
I have been buying and selling real estate personally...and for others for many years. I have been "flipping" or (buying properties to fix up and sell within 90 days) personally. Flipping properties is one of the most difficult things to do in real estate. You really have to know how to buy, fix up and sell in this type of market. I've been very successful at it.
Short sales have become a part of today's real estate market. I understand that there are times when property owners are under distress and need to short-sale their property. I understand short sales very well. I work hand in hand with an attorney (who at no cost to you) will manage the short sale diligently and correctly. This ensures there is no legal action taken against the owner of the property.
